Collioure is the kind of place you fall in love with and want to come back to again and again to enjoy its uninterrupted sunshine (320 days a year), its unique charm and its breathtaking views.

Collioure, an idyllic place on the rocky coastline, is situated in the very south of France, 26 km (approx. 15 miles) from the Spanish border. The picturesque village is nestled in an authentic environment. Its small Catalan harbor is sheltered by a quiet bay where the chain or the Pyrenees meet the Mediterranean Sea. The exceptionally sunny climate and the north wind “Tramontane” makes Collioure a unique place where well-being and Catalan "art de vivre" have their origins. You can count on having a splendid swim at one of the small coves and several sand and pebble beaches.

The flat is situated in a prime position within the Residence of Les Roches Bleues (see photo on the right) at the edge of the village, set in a very quiet setting. Guests will experience beautiful views of the surrounding hills and seaview from the appartment's balcony.

By car: Take highway A 9 to the Perpignan South exit; head in the direction of Elne and then towards Argelès/Mer. After that, there are two possible routes: either take the "Corniche" route or the route marked R.N. 114.

By train: Via the direct connection Paris – Port-Bou or T.G.V. Paris – Perpignan.

By plane: Via the international airport Perpignan – Rivesaltes.

Between the undersigned named hereafter Bleu Blanc Rouge and "THE PARTY LEADER", it is agreed the following :



A - THE OWNER, Represented by :
Bleu Blanc Rouge

Mr and Mrs Danon, 13 Chemin de la Citadelle, 39 700 EVANS, France. 

B - THE PARTY LEADER :
The person whose identity, the number of persons in the party, the date of arrival, the date of departure, the price of the booking and the eventual extra charges are provided for in the booking form.

  1. The total sum of the booking has to be fully paid one month prior to the date of arrival.
    Before this date, a down payment of 25% will be required, payable at the moment of booking the holiday, this deposit will be deducted from your final bill. The amount of your booking is exclusive of supplementary charges. (Can include any cost resulting from any damage made to the property.) Bleu Blanc Rouge reserves the right not to reimburse the down payment if the booking is cancelled less than 10 days prior to the beginning of the holiday.

  2. Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with Bleu Blanc Rouge or the owner. 

  3. An inventory will be carried out by a person designed by Bleu Blanc Rouge on the day of arrival.

  4. The Party Leader undertakes to accept the rented premises in the conditions in which he found them on entering. The furniture and movable objects should only suffer from the depreciation in value due to the normal usage for which they are destined. Such objects or pieces of furniture missing or broken, due to anything other than their normal usage, must be paid for or replaced by the Party Leader with the written consent of the owner. This condition also applies to wallpapers, curtains as to the building as a whole.

  5. The Party Leader should inform the owner or Bleu Blanc Rouge of any anomaly noted, within three days of entering the premises.

  6. The Party Leader will be require to join a cheque equivalent to 25% of the total booking fee, along with the booking form, which will be refunded in full on the day of departure, after inspection by our 'inventory staff' or used against any damage made to the property and returned, after deduction of costs, at not earlier than one month after your departure. 

  7. With pets, our cleaning services is automatically subscribed and in addition to the standard cleaning service fee an extra cleaning fee of £15 will be charged.

  8. The Party Leader agrees to permit only the pets listed on the final booking form to get in the property.

  9. Children should be monitored at all times and The Party Leader should verify the suitability of the equipment, particularly children cot's, high-chairs and other items as nor the Owner or Bleu Blanc rouge can accept liability for any accident occured.

  10. Nor Bleu Blanc Rouge neither the Owner accept responsability for any loss or damage of your belonging whilst spending your holiday on their premises.

  11. Please note that this is a non smoking property.
